Description

I was excited about the change to QHY600m cameras at Telescope Live and downloaded this data to see the results. I processed it using a pallete  suggested by Tom Peter and discovered a lovely pastel pallete. Here is his great write up about the region. "GUM 37, also known as the Southern Tadpole Nebula, is located in the southern constellation of Carina at a distance of 9,485 light-years.  This data was taken with Telescope Live's CDK24 and new CMOS QHY 600M at El Sauce Observatory, Chile.  It's only 12 each Ha, Sii, and Oiii @600s, for a total integration time of 6hrs."
